The Role Newkey Consulting is partnering with a leading principal contractor delivering a major utilities infrastructure upgrade on the Central Coast, NSW.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities Provide on-site Mechanical engineering support to project delivery teams Support planning, site coordination, and daily construction activities Monitor quality assurance and compliance requirements Support subcontractor management and contribute to safety, environmental and quality outcomes About You You are a motivated engineering professional looking to contribute to a major infrastructure project and develop your career within a supportive and high-performing team.
You will bring: Degree qualification in a Mechanical Engineering discipline 1–2+ years' post-graduate engineering experience, ideally within construction,



infrastructure or a project workplace Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Highly regarded: Previous site-based engineering experience Experience working on water or wastewater infrastructure works Exposure to mechanical installation, piping, pumps or process equipment Why Join?
