A stable Tier 2 builder with solid pipeline of projects Multi-disciplinary project portfolio to $200M in value Positive supportive culture with low staff turnover Our client is a well-known, stable national commercial builder.
They turnover the $500M mark targeting projects across all major market sectors ranging in value from $20m - $100m.
The builder has various government projects currently and you'll be required to work on a $50m School project in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
The role will work closely with the OHS Manager and focus on systems coordination and improvement, auditing and compliance as well as driving a safety-first culture across the project.
To be considered formal tertiary qualifications in health safety will be required (Minimum Cert IV, ideally Diploma qualified).
This is a white-collar role and NOT an OHS Rep role, you will need to have worked in in a similar position with a reputable commercial builder.
Salary will be flexible depending on experience with a range of $130,000 - $160,000 total package.
