We're a UK-based cleaning company looking for an organised and commercially focused Sales Operations Executive to support our growing sales function.
You'll play an important role in ensuring customer opportunities are efficiently managed from the first enquiry through to conversion.
The ideal candidate will combine strong sales ability with excellent attention to detail, customer-focused communication and confidence working with CRM systems in a remote setting.
The Opportunity You'll be responsible for keeping leads moving, maintaining accurate customer information and supporting a sales process that delivers both strong customer experiences and measurable commercial results.
Key Contributions Manage and prioritise incoming warm leads Assess customer requirements and match them with appropriate services Assist customers throughout the enquiry-to-booking journey Conduct structured follow-ups on open sales opportunities Ensure leads are progressed rather than left inactive Keep CRM records,



customer details and sales activity accurate Monitor sales activity and pipeline performance Identify potential improvements to the lead conversion process Communicate effectively with customers throughout the sales journey Consistently achieve individual sales and conversion targets Weekend availability is required, with shifts structured around rotations such as Saturday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Sunday.
What You Can Expect Basic salary negotiable based on experience OTE R25,000+ per month Fully remote working 40 days paid annual leave Minimum 2 years' experience in telesales, lead generation, or direct sales with proven results.
Professional English communication, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently from a remote location.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experienced with CRM systems to manage prospects and track progress.
