The Deputy Principal – Head of Primary is responsible to the Vice Principal and supports the College by contributing to the leadership, development and management of all aspects of the Primary School, while actively upholding the strong Christian foundation and Biblical perspectives intrinsic to College life.

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary
Deputy Principal – Head of Primary
to join our College's Senior Leadership Team and provide strategic and operational leadership for our Primary School.
This key leadership role is responsible for fostering a thriving Christ-centred learning community, championing excellence in teaching and learning, and nurturing the wellbeing, engagement, and development of students and staff.
Working collaboratively with the Vice Principal and senior leaders,



the Deputy Principal – Head of Primary will lead the implementation of the College's vision and strategic priorities within the Primary School, ensuring high-quality educational outcomes, a solid culture of care and effective day-to-day operations.
This full-time position is offered as a five-year fixed-term contract, providing an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and experienced educational leader to make a significant impact on the life of the College while shaping the learning journey of our youngest students.
