The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is seeking a Senior Social Worker to join the Children and Families Service, contributing to improved outcomes for children and families across Adelaide's northern suburbs. This part time contract runs to 31 July ****, at 22.5 hours per week.
You will deliver developmental and psychosocial assessments, provide supervision and guidance to peers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services to coordinate care pathways.
