We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Accounts Receivable Clerk based in Stapylton, Gold Coast. This is a pivotal role in the Finance Team which offers excellent career development and progression opportunities. This position requires working 100% onsite and you will be trained to use our Microsoft Dynamics ERP and in-house customised systems.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
n
n
Processing and refunding credit card transactions
n
Reconciling incoming funds and ensuring correct allocation of customer payments
n
Debt collections (via phone and email)
n
Processing monthly debtor statements
n
Ensuring debtors' profile are up to date
n
Managing trade credit insurance reporting, claims and renewals
n
Responding to and investigating customer enquiries in a timely manner
n
Managing reporting deadlines for the Accounts Receivable functions
n
Reporting to the Financial Controller and/or Proprietor on debt collection status and risks exposure
n
Supporting the Finance and Sales teams
n
n
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

Prior working experience in similar role (Candidates without prior working experience will be considered if you have solid double entries knowledge)
