Radford College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Religious and Values Education (RaVE) Teacher to join the Secondary School team in either a permanent or fixed-term, full-time position commencing in Term 1, ****.

The Opportunity
Radford College is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced RaVE teacher to join the Secondary School team in a Permanent, fixed‐term, full‐time position commencing Term ******.

About you




The successful candidate will be an energetic secondary educator who will have:
Proven experience and expertise teaching in RaVE across Years 7-12, with BSSS or Senior teaching experience highly regarded.
A strong passion for teaching and learning and a commitment to student achievement and wellbeing
The ability to create engaging, inclusive, and appropriately challenging learning environments that support the success of all students.
A commitment to innovative teaching practices and the application of evidence‐based pedagogical approaches.
A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork, contributing positively to departmental and whole‐school initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by strong organisational and time‐management abilities.
A willingness to actively support and participate in pastoral care and co‐curricular programs, including camps, excursions, and other student activities.
A solid commitment to safeguarding students and promoting their welfare and wellbeing.

Qualifications
Teaching qualification recognised by the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI)
Current Teacher Quality Institute registration, including Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
