The Anindilyakwa Land Council (ALC) is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Health & Safety Business Partner to join the ALC Team, for an immediate start. Responsibilities include but not limited to;
n
n
working collaboratively with department Managers to embed a proactive health and safety culture,
n
develop, interpret and implement WHS policies and processes and frameworks in accordance with relevant legislation,
n
lead and oversee investigations and case management ensuring procedural fairness is undertaken
n
manage end-to-end Comcare claims and act as the main point of contact with Comcare and the Land Council to ensure PCBU obligations are adhered to
n
incidents and hazard reporting and conducting risk assessments
n
design wellbeing programs and initiatives
n
manage WHS projects including change management processes from a risk perspective
n
driving continuous improvement and promoting best practice.
n
n
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for delivering the full remit of health and safety functions for the Land Council.
n
n
