Salary and Working Conditions
Salary Range Band 5 ($84,826 - $97,810) plus 12% Super
Full time, 4-month temporary position
Located at St Kilda Town Hall or with flexible working arrangements possible.
About the Organisation

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced event professional to join the St Kilda Festival team to assist with the delivery of the **** St Kilda Festival.
This role is responsible with assisting the production team with the oversight of strategies to ensure all production and operational aspects of the St Kilda festival are met. This will also include managing the recruitment and onboarding of event and production delivery staff, including briefing and liasing with the festival's recruitment and payroll agency.
Duties
Recruitment and Onboarding for all event and festival delivery staff
Oversight of implementation of festivals online safety induction
Supervision of casual staff and volunteers
Ensure all infrastructure requirements are met with festival partners
Skills and Experience
The ability to self-manage workloads, communicate clearly and work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Demonstrated professional experience in planning and project management
Demonstrated experience in superior stakeholder and community engagement
Knowledge of the operational and production requirements needed to stage large scale outdoor music events
Ability to meet short deadlines and maintain a high level of work standards
