City of Port Phillip is seeking two ASSIST Officers for a 38-hour-week fixed-term role based in the St Kilda Town Hall contact centre. The positions run for six months and start in early November, with coverage during the Christmas–Recent Year period.
You will be the first point of contact for residents and businesses, answering enquiries via phone, online forms and front counters, providing accurate information, and guiding requests to the right service area.
