Deliberatepractice is seeking a Payroll & HR Systems Lead for a 2 year contract with hybrid or remote work options. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will own end-to-end payroll for ~200 staff and lead HRIS improvements across onboarding, changes, and reporting.
You will drive automation, maintain compliance with payroll rules, and support HR service delivery. The role requires a solid payroll background, systems experience, and a proactive, service-focused approach.
