This is a people-first delivery leadership role, where your success comes from building and steering a high-performing team across development, SharePoint, and AI, aligning delivery with the business, and making sure work lands the way it's meant to (without relying on late-night heroics).
You'll still understand the tech, but your real job is getting the best out of people, creating clarity, and keeping delivery moving forward when things inevitably get messy.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team (dev, SharePoint, AI),



with a clear focus on performance, growth, and accountability

What you'll be doing
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of developers, SharePoint engineers, and AI specialists
Creating clarity around priorities, expectations, and what "valuable delivery" actually looks like
Running regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career planning (yes, the meaningful kind)
Partnering with Project Managers, Consultants, and the PMO to keep delivery on track
Translating high-level requirements into clear, actionable work for your team
Managing capacity, resourcing, and priorities across multiple workstreams
Identifying risks early and removing blockers before they become "urgent"
