Coaching 2 hours per week, Friday 7pm-9pm, plus 0.5 hours of planning time (£25/hour).

As Men's Football Coach, you will be involved in supporting Team ARU with the following responsibilities:
n
n
Delivery of on pitch sessions with the club (to include taster sessions & training)
n
Plan sessions to meet the needs of the participants that are progressive and appropriate.
n
You must read and make yourself familiar with the Coaches Handbook and understand ARU policies and procedures.
n
Essential requirements: To hold a minimum of a Level 1 or equivalent Football Coaching Qualification.
n
Robust communication, motivational and leadership skills.
n
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in sports coaching.
n
Commitment to inclusivity and student development.
n
Desirable: Experience coaching competitive university teams.
n
A valid first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
