About us Lake Imaging, founded in ****, has become the largest radiology provider in central and western Victoria with more than 19 clinics providing a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the St John of God private hospitals, community-based clinics and speciality centres in Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong, and Warrnambool.

About the Role: An exciting prospect has arisen for a Clerical Lead at our Geelong sites. Reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager, the role of the Clerical Lead is to ensure effective and efficient operation of all clerical aspects of a comprehensive imaging practice.

Responsibilities
n
n
Supporting, leading, and developing the clerical team to deliver excellent patient care and customer service
n
Answer the telephone and respond to patient enquiries in an efficient and sensitive manner
n
Ensure patient reports are dispatched to the correct location
n
Assume responsibility for the condition of equipment at the time of use and report any faults
n
Participation in our rostering system and manage rosters and leave requests ensuring sufficient staff coverage
n
Encouragement and support of development and education of clerical staff
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Demonstrated senior receptionist and/or receptionist leadership capabilities
n
Demonstrated ability to engage and build effective relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
n
Tech Savvy: Advanced computer literacy and ability to pick things up quickly is essential
n
Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service every time
n
Excellent problem-solving skills i.e. Optimise appointment slots with your analytical skills
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
