The exciting Registered Nurse opportunity
Permanent full-time role working a variety of shifts in one of our regional homes
Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
Conduct and analyse assessments to determine care needs
Formulate and update person centred care plans aligned to residents needs and wishes
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that accurately reflect the care delivered
Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

$40 - $55 an hour + penalties + super

About you
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse within residential aged care in Australia is essential
Flexible, resilient and willing to work any shifts
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Current working rights in Australia
