CareChoice is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to people with complex support needs.
About the Opportunity
As part of the CareChoice team, you may provide support across a variety of settings including:
Building on individual strengths and enabling Participants to reach their goals
24-hour complex supports
Supported Independent living
Community access and transport
Domestic and Personal care
What We're Looking For
We're seeking support workers who have:
Experience supporting people with complex physical needs
A person-centred approach to care
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and reliability
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Enteral Feeding (PEG) experience is desirable
Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or similar
Current First Aid and CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Employee Working with Children Check
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
