Have strong
TypeScript, React, Next.js
and Node.js development experience.
Can design, build and consume
GraphQL and REST APIs

Bring solid PostgreSQL expertise across modelling, migrations and optimisation.
Understand scalable system design, distributed services and integrations.
Write clean, secure, well-tested and maintainable production code.
Have a strong full-cycle engineering mindset. You own what you build in production.
Work in an AI-first way
and can direct, review and refine AI-generated code.
Understand how to leverage agentic workflows and apply sound engineering judgement.
Balance engineering excellence with pragmatism, speed and collaboration.
