In this role, you will document current-state processes, identify opportunities to simplify and align with standard SAP functionality, and design future-state processes using BPMN standards and Signavio. You will work closely with stakeholders to support a potential transition from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA, helping ensure legacy customisations are challenged and only value-adding processes are retained.
Key Responsibilities
Document current-state Core HCM and Payroll processes
Analyse and identify opportunities to simplify processes using standard SAP capabilities
Develop future-state process models using BPMN and Signavio
Produce key business analysis artefacts, including requirements documentation, use cases, and process maps
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support process transformation initiatives
Skills & Experience
Strong experience in business process modelling using BPMN & Signavio
Hands-on experience with Signavio




Experience with Core HCM and Payroll processes
SAP experience, ideally across ECC6 and/or S/4HANA environments
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation
Experience supporting process improvement simplification, or transformation programs
Highly Desirable
Exposure to SAP migration or transformation projects (ECC6 to S/4HANA)
Understanding of on-premises to cloud transformation initiatives
