Sephora in Sydney (Hurstville) is seeking a Stockroom Manager (Inventory Controller) to join our Management team on a full time basis. You will maintain accurate stock levels and ensure product and marketing collateral are properly stored to meet customer demand.
Key duties include leading cycle counts, analyzing data to reduce shrinkage, training the team on stock policies, coordinating stock returns, and working with Store Manager and District Inventory Ops Lead to drive store performance.
