ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an established international lighting brand supplying LED solutions across the commercial, industrial and residential markets.
This is a commercially focused territory management position covering Melbourne's Northern suburbs. You'll be expected to understand your market, identify where the opportunities are and proactively develop the relationships that can drive further territory growth.
You can expect to:
Proactively managing and developing existing customer accounts
Identifying opportunities to increase revenue within established relationships
Building new relationships with wholesalers, contractors, end users and prospects




Managing your sales pipeline from initial opportunity through to order placement
Responding to quotation requests and following opportunities through
Working closely with the State Manager on market opportunities and future product development
ABOUT YOU
You're an experienced sales or account management professional who understands that strong territory performance comes from a combination of relationships, activity and commercial follow-through.
You'll be someone who can build credibility quickly and turn relationships into long-term commercial growth.
You'll bring:
Demonstrated B2B sales, business development or account management experience
A proven track record of developing long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets
Lighting industry or electrical wholesale experience will be highly regarded
Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
Strong customer focus and relationship management capability
