With a strong pipelineofwork and a clear long-term vision, the Directors are seeking an experiencedRegistered Architect who is ready to step beyond project delivery and are readyto enter the business as a shareholder on a structured three-year succession plan.

Working closely with theexisting Directors, you will play an active role in shaping the future of thepractice, influencing strategic decisions, mentoring the team, strengtheningclient relationships and driving sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

As a future Partner / shareholder, your focus will extendbeyond project delivery into leadership, business performance and the long-termsuccess of the practice.
n
Providing leadership across projects, peopleand business operations
n
Managing and strengthening key client,consultant and stakeholder relationships
n
Overseeing project performance, resourcing,profitability and delivery standards
n
Driving quality assurance, technicalexcellence and risk management across the practice
n
Mentoring and developing Architects,Graduates and technical staff
n
Contributing to strategic planning, businessimprovement initiatives and growth objectives
n
Supporting business development andidentifying opportunities for repeat and new work
n
Representing the practice within the industryand broader business community
n




Helping shape studio culture, leadershipcapability and future succession planning
n
Working alongside the existing Directors toinfluence the future direction of the business
n

The Successful Candidate:
n
n
Registered Architect (Recognised in Australia)
n
*****+ years industry experience
n
Proven experience delivering projects throughall stages
n
Strong commercial and multi-residential orgovernment project exposure
n
Demonstrated leadership of project teams
n
Strong understanding of contracts,procurement and construction administration
n
Financially and commercially aware of thecurrent, local market
n
Proven experience mentoring and developing emergingjunior architects
n
Looking for a long-term, sustainableleadership opportunity rather than simply the next project or position
n
