We are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate and dedicated Teachers seeking teaching opportunities within our Junior School commencing in January ****.

You will demonstrate a passion for fostering positive relationships and creating inclusive learning environments where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated, and curriculum-aligned learning experiences that foster curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning across Junior School year levels (Prep to Year 6).
n
Create safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environments that promote student wellbeing, positive behaviour, academic growth, and a strong sense of belonging.
n
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies, providing meaningful feedback to support individual learning needs and achievement.
n
Develop positive partnerships with students, parents, and carers, maintaining open communication to enhance learning outcomes and support the holistic development of each child.
n
Contribute actively to the College's pastoral care, co-curricular, and community programs, supporting the values and culture of the College.
n
Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement high-quality teaching and learning programs, share best practice, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence.
n
Integrate contemporary technologies and innovative teaching practices to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Demonstrated experience or a strong passion for teaching within a Junior School setting (Prep to Year 6).
n
A thorough understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices and the Australian Curriculum.
n
A strong commitment to student wellbeing, engagement, and academic excellence.
n
The ability to build positive and productive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
n
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
n
A collaborative team member who contributes positively to College life and culture.
n
A commitment to innovation, reflective practice, and ongoing professional growth.
n
Up-to-date skills in the use of digital technologies and educational platforms to enhance teaching and learning.
n
Current CPR and First Aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
n
Current Teacher Registration is a requirement of this position.
n
