The Role:This leading national organisation operates within the Facilities Management sector and the Technical Facility Manager will oversee technical services delivery for a financial institution.Managing one direct report and multiple maintenance contractors to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance for a high profile corporate client.Full time permanent position, office based Monday to Friday, ******pm.The Responsibilities:Support and manage maintenance ofCRAC units, UPS, HVAC, Chillers, Fire and alarm systems, power, fire, BMS etc.Address incidents and maintain uptimeConduct inspections and ensure quality service deliveryLiaise with soft services and property teamsManage contracts,vendors and consultants to deliver worksManage work ordersEnsure compliance with governance, protocols, documentation and CMMSReport regularly to management and clientParticipate in audits and inspectionsLiaise with facilities vendors, client and Base Building ManagementTheSuccessfulCriteria:5+ years experience managing technical maintenance servicesTertiary qualifications in Engineering,Project Management,
