Maxlife Care is seeking an Area Manager to provide operational leadership across five to six Supported Independent Living homes on the North Coast, including Newcastle, Belmont, Charlestown and Edgworth. The role requires leadership of Team Leaders across sites, with visibility across locations and one day per week from home.
You will drive service quality, safeguarding, and participant outcomes in line with NDIS requirements and our values-driven approach.
