Operations Manager – Hair Salon | Full Time | 38 HoursSalon Lio is looking for an Operations Manager to support the rhythm of the salon and become an important part of our team.This is a people-first role.
You'll oversee the day-to-day operations while helping maintain the calm, collaborative culture we're known for.You'll be the connection between the owner, the team and our clients — creating consistency, supporting those around you and making sure every part of the salon runs smoothly and with intention.The RoleYou'll work closely with the owner and the team, taking care of the many moving parts that keep a busy salon running well.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salonCoordinating the team and helping keep everyone supported and informedManaging rosters, schedules and day-to-day staffingLooking after the client experience and handling client enquiriesManaging stock, ordering and supplier relationshipsSupporting payroll, timesheets and general administrationMaintaining salon standards, presentation and organisationKeeping team communication and training organisedManaging systems and processes and looking for ways to improve how we workHelping solve day-to-day issues and making sure things don't get missedSupporting the team with accountability, communication and performanceWorking closely with the owner on the ongoing growth and development of the businessWe're looking for someone who enjoys being across the details, takes pride in keeping things running well and is happy to step in wherever they're needed.About YouYou're someone who is:Organised, proactive and reliableWarm,
