Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:The next step in your career starts here...As a Project Coordinator with Coates, you will coordinate the mobilisation, installation and delivery of accommodation and site solutions projects.
Working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.This is a 12 month fixed term contract suited to someone who enjoys being on site, coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving problems and driving successful project outcomes.
You will be based at our Welshpool branch with regular travel to customer sites.You'll enjoy variety in your role including:Leading the delivery of accommodation and site solutions projects from mobilisation through to handoverCoordinating site schedules, installation activities, contractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones safely and on timeBuilding productive relationships with customers, sales teams and key stakeholders throughout project deliveryManaging site mobilisation activities and coordinating resources across multiple project locationsCoordinating vendor and supplier requirements to ensure materials, equipment and services are delivered to specificationOverseeing site inductions and ensuring all health, safety and compliance requirements are metMonitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving day-to-day operational challengesSupporting project reporting, variations and delivery coordinationDriving successful project outcomes through effective planning, communication and leadershipWhat you'll bring to the roleExperience coordinating contractors, suppliers, stakeholders and site-based project activities within construction, facilities, accommodation villages,
