We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused Truck Parts Sales Interpreter to support our workshop, retail customers, and growing trade accounts while developing long-term customer relationships and driving parts sales.

Description:
About the Role
This is a customer-facing sales role where you'll provide expert parts advice while managing and growing customer accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
Interpreting truck parts for workshop, retail and trade customers
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Generating parts sales and identifying growth opportunities
Managing trade accounts and customer enquiries
Processing orders,



invoices and payments
Receiving and checking incoming stock deliveriesLiaising with suppliers and internal departments
Assisting with inventory control and stocktakes
Providing exceptional service over the phone and face-to-face
Skills and Experiences:
About You
We're open to experienced parts professionals from either the automotive, truck, agricultural or heavy vehicle sectors.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Previous parts interpreting experience in light or heavy vehicles
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Sales or account management experience highly regarded
A sound technical understanding of vehicle components
Excellent communication and telephone skills
Strong computer literacy
Experience with ERA or similar dealership systems (advantageous)
The ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
A current Victorian Driver's Licence
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check.
