and management of the agency's corporate property footprint.About The RoleThe Business Information Specialist is responsible for delivering effective and efficient Information Management support across NSW Trustee and Guardian in compliance with obligations under the State Records Act **** (NSW) and other relevant legislative requirements.
The role supports the Senior Business Information Specialist to ensure physical and electronic information is managed appropriately and securely throughout its lifecycle and is disposed of when no longer required.For more information about the position, view the role description.About Youexperience delivering timely, accurate and compliant information and records management servicesstrong knowledge of information lifecycle management, including the creation, storage, retrieval and disposal of recordsconfidence using service management systems such as JIRA to respond to support requests and triage matters appropriatelyability to coordinate the secure handling of physical and digital recordscapability to deliver user training in systems such as OpenText Content Manager and support projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiativessound understanding of legislative and policy requirements, including the State Records Act **** (NSW)Sound like you?

Essential RequirementsTertiary qualifications in information management or another relevant field,
