Azelis invites an experienced innovator to join our bakery ingredients team in Australia for a 1-year contract. You will drive product development, move ingredients from concept to commercialization, and support customers with recent applications of novel ingredients.

You will collaborate with sales and admin teams, run trials, and ensure optimized recipes with consistent flavor, color and texture while traveling to the Pacific Islands as required.
