Job Description
The Alcohol and Drug Foundation seeks a Regional Community Development Manager to lead a multi-site team across NSW/ACT, driving program delivery and stakeholder partnerships. The role requires solid leadership, public speaking, and CRM-driven performance management.
You will coordinate Good Sports and LDAT programs, manage staff development, and build relationships with government and community groups while travelling interstate monthly. Hybrid Canberra/Sydney location.
