Senior leadership role in Defence & aerospace

Lead large multi-disciplinary technical teams

Lead, develop and motivate a high-performing engineering and technical services team.
n
Provide strategic and operational leadership across a complex technical environment.
n
Build strong relationships with customers, senior stakeholders and operational teams.
n
Oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, scheduling and performance reporting.
n
Develop capability, succession planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Work collaboratively across engineering, maintenance, supply chain, operations and training functions.
n
Lead critical engineering and airworthiness activities while maintaining safety, quality and compliance.
n
Manage risks, issues and opportunities and provide effective governance and reporting.
n
Drive improvements across engineering systems, processes and overall business performance.
n
Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary technical or engineering teams.
n
Solid experience in engineering, technical services or operations leadership.
n




Experience delivering outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
n
Defence, aerospace, aviation or highly regulated industry experience highly regarded.
n
Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
n
Relevant engineering or technical qualifications and experience.
n
Australian Citizen - mandatory.
n
Hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain NV1 Australian Government Security Clearance.
n
