You'd be the senior technical voice, working directly with the CTO, scoping engagements, writing proposals, and getting hands-on with delivery. There's a genuine path here to step into a managing consultant role and grow a team under you,

What you'll need:

- Strong hands-on experience across at least two of: CyberArk, Okta, Silverfort, Microsoft AD/Entra
- Real consulting or client-facing delivery background, not purely in-house BAU
- Comfortable scoping work and writing proposals, not just executing tickets
- SailPoint experience highly regarded
- Vendor certifications ideal, or a demonstrated ability to self-learn fast
- Note: Microsoft-only stack experience won't be a fit for this one
