To continue the success of the Red Rock Deli portfolio, the Brand Manager will drive strategy, innovation, and growth plans, with a key focus on the Biscuits & Dips category. The role is responsible for leading end-to-end brand planning, managing cross-functional teams and agency partners, and executing marketing, communications, and innovation initiatives to deliver profitable growth. Additionally, the position oversees portfolio operations, including budget management, product renovation, sampling, artwork, and campaign execution across the full marketing mix.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive brand growth through consumer, market, and commercial insights to deliver volume, revenue, profit, and brand equity objectives.
- Lead annual and long-term brand planning by developing portfolio strategies and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Manage product and packaging innovation projects from development through launch and performance evaluation.
- Develop and execute marketing communications, advertising, and activation campaigns with agency partners.
- Oversee budgets, performance reporting, stakeholder management, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

About you:

- Several years of Brand Management experience within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced consumer industry.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills,



with experience in product innovation and Stage Gate processes.
- Proficiency in FMCG data analysis, brand performance evaluation, and commercial decision-making, supported by financial and P&L; acumen.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence local, regional, and global teams.
- Experience leading digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns while managing agency partners in a energetic environment.
