ARC Disability is seeking a Chief Health & Quality Officer to join the Executive Leadership Team in Cairns, Far North Queensland. You will lead care governance, quality management, and risk across the organisation, ensuring secure, person-centred supports and compliance with NDIA standards.
You will report to the CEO and Quality Care Governance Committee, shaping strategic direction and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and high-impact participant outcomes.
