The team

The Cyber Digital Transformation (CTx) Program is a multi-year investment (FY25-FY28) to strengthen ASIC's cyber resilience and support a up-to-date regulator operating in an AI-enabled threat environment. As custodian of sensitive market, corporate and personal data, cyber security is critical to maintaining regulatory trust and managing enterprise risk.

The role

As a Program Analyst, you will provide governance and operational support to the CTx Program Office, including program reporting, financial management, procurement and administration. Working closely with Project Managers, Program Coordinators and senior stakeholders, the role also provides backup support to the Portfolio Manager when required.

Responsibilities will include:

- Deliver end-to-end program support and governance services for the CTx Program Office, SRO, Project Managers and project teams.
- Provide program coordination and governance support across CTx projects, leveraging well-honed strategic awareness.
- Manage program financials, including month-end activities, variance analysis, timesheet reviews and resourcing updates.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoicing,



receipting and variations.
- Support Project Managers with analysis and scenario planning for change requests.
- Lead program reporting, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met and well planned in advance.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on financial, project and governance matters.
- Maintain project information and resources for team members.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and Program Office administration.
- Manage competing priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

About you

Your skills and experience will include the following:

- 6+ years' experience supporting large transformational programs with budgets over $20M, preferably in cyber security.
- Strong PMO experience across large and complex, business-critical projects, preferably cyber security.
- Broad PMO expertise in reporting, RAID, financials, resourcing, and change management.
- Sound knowledge of project methodologies, governance, planning and reporting.
- Experience managing budgets, project operations, risk, and governance in accordance with federal government policies.
- Strong understanding of ASIC, or other Commonwealth government organisation, finance and procurement processes.




- Ability to analyse and present complex information clearly to project and executive audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy.
