Reporting Coordinator

What we need from you:
- Coordinate and consolidate reporting inputs from stakeholders across the business.
- Support the preparation of executives, Board and Ministerial reporting.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of monthly Executive Performance Forums.
- Support the preparation of the Annual Report, ensuring information is accurate and delivered within deadlines.
- Prepare exception reports, analysis and recommendations to support performance improvement.
- Assist with briefing papers and reporting on trends, findings and performance indicators.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different business areas.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure reporting activities comply with organisational policies and procedures.
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes.

What you'll do:
- Experience in corporate, executive, business performance or management reporting.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with KPIs, performance information and reporting data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Experience preparing reports, briefing papers or executive-level documentation.
- Strong administration and records management capabilities.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Annual Report coordination
- Board of Executive reporting
- Ministerial reporting
- Governance and compliance
- Business performance reporting
- Corporate reporting
- Performance/KPI analysis
- Government or large corporate environments
