Our client is a leading infrastructure organisation delivering large scale projects across Sydney. They are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join their collaborative team and play a key role in coordinating the end-to-end sourcing, tendering and supplier activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, solving problems and ensuring procurement processes are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

The Role

- Reporting into the Procurement Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Managing coordination of procurement and tender activities (from documentation, evaluation, approvals to coordination of recommendations)
- Supporting supplier onboarding and compliance requirements
- Maintaining procurement documentation, records and reporting
- Providing advice to ensure compliance across the project to internal and external stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams
- Supporting contract administration and audit readiness activities

About You





- To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in procurement, contracts administration, commercial support or project coordination
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a solid understanding of governance and compliance
- Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
