An established and growing commercial & industrial construction contractor delivering projects between $20m - $60m is looking to appoint an HSE Advisor to support the delivery of a strong pipeline of projects across Perth.

This is a great opportunity for an Advisor with 2+ years' experience who wants to continue developing their career within a supportive construction business, while gaining exposure to larger and more complex projects.
The Role Working closely with site and project teams, you will help drive a positive safety culture across project delivery, with responsibilities including:

- Supporting day-to-day HSE activities across construction sites
- Conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments
- Reviewing SWMS and relevant safety documentation
- Assisting with incident investigations and reporting
- Supporting subcontractors with HSE compliance and expectations
- Maintaining project HSE documentation and reporting
- Working closely with Site Managers and project teams to promote proactive safety behaviours

About You

We're looking for someone with:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HSE/WHS Advisor role
- Previous experience within commercial construction highly regarded
- Relevant WHS/OHS qualification
- Valuable knowledge of WA safety legislation and construction requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with site teams and subcontractors
- A practical, proactive approach to safety




- A genuine desire to continue learning and developing within HSE
