Machine Operator / Forklift Operator - Manufacturing & Recycling

About the role:

Based at a modern Brisbane facility, you'll operate Recycling machines to support our specialised recycling environment.

You will be responsible for operating machines that compress and bind materials-like cardboard, paper, plastics,



or textiles-into compact bales for easier handling, storage, or transport.

You'll need:

- Machine operation experience
- A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- HMI panel experienced (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (advantange not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic
