With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of project delivery from commencement through to completion.

The Role
You will manage the day-to-day delivery of your project, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating site activities
- Managing trades and subcontractors
- Planning and sequencing works
- Monitoring programme, productivity and quality
- Coordinating suppliers and materials
- Liaising with Project Managers, clients and consultants
- Managing site documentation and compliance
- Identifying issues early and implementing practical solutions
- Taking accountability for overall site performance
About You
We're looking for an experienced commercial Site Manager with:
- Proven commercial construction experience
- End-to-end project delivery experience
- Multi-storey construction experience
- Strong subcontractor and trade management skills
- Sound knowledge of drawings, specifications and contracts
- Strong planning and communication skills
- A proactive approach to safety, quality and productivity
