About the Role

An exciting ongoing prospect is available for a Governance Lead within the Governance, Legal and Risk Services portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Governance Services, you will play a key role in coordinating and supporting CFA's Board and specified Committees, ensuring governance processes, meeting documentation and key deliverables are managed to a high standard.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, Chairs and Committee members, you will coordinate agendas, papers, minutes, action registers and annual work plans, provide advice on governance processes, monitor key actions and deadlines, and identify opportunities to improve the way Board and Committee business is managed.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to senior-level governance and decision-making across CFA while contributing to the effective operation of key organisational forums.

Please note, some meetings are held on predetermined weekends and occasional regional travel may be required.

About you

You'll be a highly organised and proactive professional who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing sensitive information, competing priorities and tight deadlines.

You'll bring strong written and communication skills, sound judgement and an eye for detail, with the ability to prepare high-quality documentation and keep important governance processes on track. You'll be confident working independently, solving problems as they arise and looking for practical ways to improve processes and ways of working.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential, with experience using SharePoint or OnBoard an advantage. Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in governance, administration or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
