Our Investment Governance team supports Macquarie Wrap, a leading investment platform within Wealth Management. We oversee investment governance across approximately $160 billion in funds under administration, helping ensure solid oversight, informed decision-making, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

What role will you play?

In this role you will provide strategic leadership across investment governance activities for Macquarie Wrap, helping shape and enhance the frameworks, policies, and processes that support the platform. You will lead complex investment reviews, oversee manager due diligence and investment research, and provide clear recommendations to senior decision-makers. You will work closely with executive stakeholders, governance forums, and the MIML Board, delivering insights on investment risks, opportunities, and governance outcomes. You will also lead strategic change initiatives that strengthen governance practices, improve efficiency, and support the continued evolution of the platform.

What you offer

- Deep expertise in wealth management, investment platforms, superannuation, fiduciary governance, and Australian regulatory requirements.
- Strong experience in investment governance,



investment research, manager due diligence, asset consulting, or multi-asset portfolio oversight.
- Proven ability to evaluate investment managers, products, and strategies across a range of asset classes and provide balanced, evidence-based recommendations.
- Demonstrated capability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including executive committees, boards, and governance forums.
- Tertiary qualification in finance, economics, commerce, actuarial studies, or law, with postgraduate qualifications such as CFA, CA, or CIMA highly regarded.
