Qualifications Must-Have - 5+ years working in a senior capacity at a federal, state, or large municipal government agency, or within a major public policy, civic tech, or intergovernmental organization. - Direct ownership of agency programs, public policy initiatives, or constituent-facing service delivery at scale. - Fluency in government processes and tooling, plus understanding of how public budgets, procurement, legislative review, and regulatory compliance actually work.
