Your new role:

As a Clinical Nurse, you will use your advanced clinical knowledge, critical thinking and leadership skills to support patients with complex care needs while working collaboratively with the wider peri-anaesthesia team. In this role, you will:

- Provide expert, person-centred nursing care to patients within the peri-anaesthesia environment
- Apply advanced clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support secure and effective patient outcomes
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing staff and the broader healthcare team
- Contribute to education, clinical facilitation, mentoring and the development of students and colleagues

About you:

You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong interest and demonstrated capability in peri-anaesthesia or perioperative nursing. You bring confidence in managing complex clinical situations, a commitment to person-centred care and the ability to provide leadership and support to those around you. You will bring:

- Advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience in peri-anaesthesia/perioperative nursing
- Strong clinical judgement, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to provide effective clinical leadership, delegation, communication and support to colleagues
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development and contemporary nursing standards
- Experience contributing to quality improvement, clinical audits, practice change or research
