We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Manager, Company Reporting & Reputation to join our Sustainability & Corporate Affairs team in our Melbourne or Sydney office on a full-time 12-month basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, Company Reporting, Brand & Reputation, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of APA's corporate reporting obligations, ensuring high-quality, compliant and insightful reporting across annual, sustainability and governance disclosures.
This is a highly visible role with responsibility for coordinating APA's integrated reporting suite, including the Annual Report, Directors' Reports, Modern Slavery Statement and Sustainability Reporting. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Climate, Operations, Technology and Customer teams, you will help ensure APA's reporting remains aligned with evolving disclosure requirements and industry best practice while supporting the organisation's ESG reporting and reputation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of APA's corporate reporting suite, including the Annual Report, Directors' Report, Climate Report, Modern Slavery Statement and related governance disclosures.
Coordinate quarterly and annual sustainability reporting, ensuring reporting obligations are met accurately and on time.
Manage relationships with ESG ratings agencies and support APA's external reporting and disclosure activities.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to coordinate reporting inputs, manage reporting timelines and deliver high-quality external disclosures.
Lead and support team resources to ensure successful reporting outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes,
systems and governance frameworks while ensuring alignment with evolving reporting requirements and industry best practice.
Your Background
Demonstrated experience in corporate reporting, external reporting, financial reporting, sustainability reporting, ESG reporting or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing the preparation and delivery of complex reporting programs, preferably within a listed, regulated or large corporate environment.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory disclosure requirements and reporting frameworks.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing deadlines within highly visible reporting cycles.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Experience with reporting systems and platforms such as Workiva and Atticus will be highly regarded.
