Job Description:
We're looking for an accomplished Network & Security Manager to lead a critical enterprise function across a complex, highly distributed Australian operation. Reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure & Security, you'll take ownership of the network and security environment, lead a team of technical specialists, and provide both strategic direction and technical leadership.

It's a role with plenty of technical depth, but equally, you'll need to be comfortable leading people, managing competing priorities and working with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Network and Security Administrators.
- Own the performance, security, resilience and lifecycle management of enterprise network and security services.
- Lead major incidents, critical outages and continuous service improvement across a complex, multi-site environment.
- Provide technical leadership across Cisco, Palo Alto, Netskope SD-WAN, SASE, wireless, data centre networking and connectivity platforms.
- Manage change implementation in line with governance and risk management requirements.
- Manage key technology vendors,
telecommunications providers and managed service partners.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across IT and the wider business to align technology solutions with operational priorities.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise network engineering and security operations within a complex, multi-site organisation.
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, Palo Alto firewalls and SD-WAN environments.
- Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, wireless networks, carrier services, load balancing and resilient network design.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management and communication skills.
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, development and performance management.
