An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Lead Integrity Engineer to join a major energy operation and lead critical asset integrity programs across the site.
As the focal point for fixed asset integrity, you will provide technical leadership, oversee inspection and corrosion management programs, support operational reliability, and lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver safe and compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead integrity programs for piping, pressure vessels, corrosion management, and pressure relief systems
- Provide technical oversight and support to Operations and Maintenance teams
- Conduct Fitness-for-Service assessments and integrity evaluations
- Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives
- Manage repair recommendations and Management of Change processes
- Drive integrity performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and lead engineers and technicians in a collaborative team workplace

About You
- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience within oil & gas, petrochemical, energy, or heavy industrial environments
- Robust knowledge of:

- Fitness-for-Service (FFS)
- Risk-Based Inspection (RBI)
- Materials and corrosion engineering
- Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE)
- Pressure equipment integrity programs
- Sound understanding of AS, ASME, API, AMPP, and ISO standards
- Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
