The Location

The Facility
A 360-bed public teaching hospital, it serves as the main tertiary referral centre for the Top End Health Service, covering a vast area of 475,338 km². The hospital is affiliated with Flinders University,



Charles Darwin University, and the University of Sydney, supporting medical education and research. It also houses the Menzies School of Health Research, focusing on Aboriginal health and tropical medicine

Requirements

- Fellowship of the Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) is preferred, as recognised by the Australian Medical Council with AHPRA Specialist Registration.
- Specialist Registrants is preferred; however non-specialists or overseas trained

specialists may be considered Applicants who have completed specialist qualifications but are yet to be registered as a specialist with AHPRA are encouraged to apply
