Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Your role & responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

- Balance daily transactions and prepare overnight reports with precision and accuracy;
- Verify and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correctly posted;
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night shift;
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally;
- Maintain a secure and secure environment for both guests and employees;
- Follow and complete the Night Audit checklist to ensure all required tasks are accomplished;
- Collaborate with other departments to address any discrepancies or concerns;
- Generate and distribute various financial and operational reports and
- Support the front desk team with administrative tasks as needed.
