ROLE:

Take charge and be the main point of contact for a National outfit known for delivering high-end spec suite and workplace fitout/refurbishment projects throughout Melbourne CBD and surrounds up to $10M.

RESPONSIBILTIIES:

- Ensure project is adhering program and is being delivered within time frame, within budget to the quality
- Create and drive project scope
- Communicate and delegate responsibilities to relevant personnel
- Provide feedback and mentor junior staff
- Be the main point of contact for relevant stakeholders and resolve any disputes that may arise
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:





- 3+ years of Project Manager experience for a Fitout/Refurbishment contractor delivering projects up to $5M+
- D&C; experience and knowledge
- Procore software experience is essential
- Previous experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
